Account & privacy requests
In the app, open Settings → Delete account to request permanent deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact us from your registered email address. We may verify your identity; never send your password. See our privacy policy for retention and backup details.
Report a problem
Include your app version, iOS version and a description of what happened. Screenshots are optional; remove private messages or other people's personal information before sending them.
Safety & appeals
Use the app's report and block controls for abusive users or content. For account appeals or other safety concerns, email us. This inbox is not an emergency service.
Test availability
The current test is for users aged 13 or older. Remote push delivery and Sign in with Apple are not yet enabled in the deployed test release. Local reminder permissions are managed in iOS Settings.
